Vahagn Khachaturyan Elected President of Armenia
The Parliament elected today Vahagn Khachaturyan as the new President of Armenia, armenpress reports.
71 lawmakers participated in the second round of vote, and all voted in favor of Khachaturyan’s candidacy.
