Armenian President to pay state visit to Bulgaria
President Vahagn Khachatrurya will pay a state visit to the Republic of Bulgaria on October 17.
After the official welcoming ceremony, the President will meet the President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev. The tête-á-tête talk of the Presidents of the two countries will be followed by an extended meeting. The Presidents will sum up the results of the meetings with statements for mass media.
Within the framework of the state visit, meetings of President Vahagn Khachaturyan with the Prime Minister of Bulgaria Galab Donev, the Mayor of Sofia Yordanka Fandakova, and the Mayor of Plovdiv Zdravko Dimitrov are planned. President Khachaturyan will deliver a lecture at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski.
The President will also have a meeting with the representatives of the Armenian community in Bulgaria.
