IS Has Seized Palmyra
The warriors of the "Islamic state" seized Syria’s ancient and historic city of Palmyra after the Syrian government forces had lost control of that territory.
The international community fears that Islamists will destroy the ruins of Palmyra.
France is planning an international meeting on 2 June, concerning the issues of Syria and Iraq.
