Palestine to Deliver Files on Israeli Crimes to ICC
On June 25, Riyad al-Maliki, Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister was expected to deliver to the International Criminal Court (ICC) files on Israeli crimes in the West Bank and Gaza, The Times of Israel writes.
As the source writes, this is the first step forward opening criminal proceedings against Israel and interestingly enough, it comes after the UN report on Israel’s possible war crimes in Gaza.
The files Palestinian Authority Foreign Minister would present, describe Israeli control in the West Bank, arrest policies, and daily life.
