Charles Aznavour to Give a Concert in Beirut
Legendary French singer of Armenian origin Charles Aznavour arrived in Beirut. On the official website of the singer there is information that the purpose of his visit to the capital of Lebanon is to participate in Batroun Festival (Festival international de Bathroun). As for Charles Aznavour's solo concert, it will be held in Beirut on August 1. It should be recalled that a large Armenian Diaspora lives in Beirut.
91-year-old Charles Aznavour has already given some concerts this year. Aznavour is the author of about 1,200 songs and is the Armenian Ambassador to Switzerland.
