Saakashvili: Ukraine is controlled by shadow government
Odessa Governor Mikheil Saakashvili in his speech at the 12th annual meeting of Yalta European Strategy (YES) declared that Ukraine is in fact controlled by shadowy parallel government, reports "Interfax". He said that Ukraine, as a private company, is owned by the oligarchs, writes Mk.ru.
Saakashvili also said that there are reformers in the government, but the oligarchs have their own prosecutors, judges, paramilitary groups, armored vehicles, ammunition, and they pay them, because the government can not pay.
