President of Artsakh Congratulated President of Abkhazia
On 30 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address to President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba, official page of President reports.
The address runs as follows:
"Respectful Mr. Khadjimba,
On behalf of the people, authorities of the Artsakh Republic and personally myself I cordially congratulate You and the whole people of the Republic of Abkhazia on the Day of Liberation and Victory in the Patriotic War.
Throughout its ancient history fraternal Abkhazia has passed through many ordeals always overcoming them with honor and dignity. The guarantee of all these victories has been high patriotism, unshakable faith and unity intrinsic to peoples of Abkhazia, their readiness to stand for the defense of the native country.
Today the Republic of Abkhazia is a dynamically developing country, which is confident in future and is steadily strengthening its independent statehood.
We are very pleased with all your achievements.
Your excellency, I once again congratulate Youand the whole people of the Republic of Abkhazia on this great holiday.
Peace and prosperity to the fraternal Abkhazia!"
