NKR: the Day of the Judicial System Worker
On 20 January Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address in connection with the Day of the Judicial System Worker.
As the press service of NKR President writes, the address reads as follows:
"Respected workers and veterans of the judicial system,
On behalf of the Artsakh Republic authorities and myself personally I congratulate you on your professional holiday - the Day of the Judicial System Worker.
An established and fully functioning judicial bodies are among the pivotal elements of the civil society that are meant to secure the supremacy of law in the country, equality before it, defend the interests of state and citizens, human rights and freedoms. The role of the judicial system as one of the main power branches is especially great in the life of our state that has embarked on the path of formation and development of democratic institutions for already 25 years.
I want to be confident that each of you fulfills his mission with great responsibility and devotion to the Motherland and will continue to do everything possible for proper solution of the set tasks. As a result of your daily professional and impartial work our people gain confidence towards the defense of justice, its victory and the functioning of state in general.
We will continue to keep in the spotlight the process of improving your working and social conditions in favor of consistent perfection and development of the judicial system.
