- Mr. Petrosyan, how do you assess the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh Republic at the moment?
At this stage, the situation is tense but stable. Artsakh lives with its own life, which is inherent to an uncertain situation: political leadership, headed by President Bako Sahakyan and operational headquarters for civil defense, engineering and logistical matters, headed by the Prime Minister are working in emergency regime, the Defense Army is on high alert.
Artsakh strongly feels the trinity of Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora, numerous Armenian volunteers from different parts of the world, political and public, art, cultural figures, the media are here, with us. There is a huge support from different people and organizations of the Armenians from around the world in general - we are one nation, which today with great enthusiasm has rallied around Artsakh. According to my observations, what is happening now is several times stronger than it was in the 90s...
