NKR Foreign Minister about "Lavrov Document"

"The development and implementation of the foreign policy of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is guided not by media publications, but only by official statements," according to "Armenpress", this was declared by Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Foreign Minister Karen Mirzoyan, answering the question of the deputy Arthur Tovmasyan about the publication of the Russian newspaper "Izvestia" that there is a document of "Putin" or "Lavrov" on the Karabakh conflict settlement.
"In our policy we are not guided by media publications. I would encourage all to be based only on the official statements," the head of NKR MFA said.
