A picture today blew up the Internet in Armenia - it shows how the Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev awards (one even cannot say a person) the one, who beheaded an Armenian soldier Kyaram Sloyan, then photographed with him, disseminated it on the Internet and was proud for what he had done.
Aliyev "presented gifts to the soldiers, who have shown courage," Azertag writes. As it is said, "how the country is, the same are its heros…"
