Fitness Trainer: Not Eating After 6 in the Evening is a Stereotype

The best way to get rid of celluliteis to do  cardio-exercises.  A fitness trainer, sportsman and a candidate of biological sciences, Hovhannes Avagyan said this in an interview with "Armedia" IAA.

"The best option to get rid of cellulite is to do some cardio exercises which have a preventive role for the occurrence of cellulite, as well as they eliminate the already existing problems. But the effectiveness of these exercises will be very small, if they are not backed with appropriate diet.

Generally, 30% of our daily diet must include proteins, 60% carbohydrates (80% of which are complex carbohydrates and 20% simple carbohydrates), and only 10% vegetable fats.

Those who have active lifestyle, have a higher requirement of proteins, than those people, who are not engaged in sports.

Also we should eat often but in small portions. Not eating after 6 in the evening or not drinking water during fitness classes are all stereotypes in fact.

Every mature person should use 2-3 liters of water per day, which promote the growth of muscles, and also reduce the occurrence of kidney stones.

I advise people to read more and to be informed more in order to achieve the desired results. There are people who lose about 60 kg in 9 months and those who do not lose even 2kg after 5 years. So be very careful about what exercises you are doing and what kind of food you are eating," the fitness trainer has said.
