Putin: Relations between Armenia and Russia Develops Intensively
During the meeting with RA President Serzh Sargsyan President of Russia Vladimir Putin noted that the relations between Armenia and Russia in the framework of integration processes develop intensely, РИА Новости reports.
"It can be noted that our relations a in the framework of integration processes develop more intensely than it did previously; something that makes us happy. There is a possibility and necessity to discuss our future steps. Currently Armenia heads the CSTO and in autumn a meeting at the high level is to be held," Putin noted.
In his turn Sargsyan noted that such a meeting can be held in October.
"We should state that despite all the difficulties in the world and our economies, there was an increase in the trade turnover. The supply of the agricultural goods from the Armenian side increased significantly. This makes us happy. We hope that this tendency will be fixed for the whole market turnover and for sensitive commodity groups for us," President of Russia added.
