Michigan Governor Signed a law on Teaching Armenian Genocide at Schools

Michigan Governor Rick Snyder signed into law HB4493 requiring genocide education in Michigan public schools, including education on the Armenian Genocide and Jewish Holocaust, the Armenian National Committee of Michigan informs.
This new law recommends a total of six hours devoted to the teaching of genocides at some point within grades 8-12.
