The Karabakh dispute influences security in the South Caucasus, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said.
Cavusoglu explained that Russia is leading the initiative, and important meetings had been held, Aksam reported.
“When considering Russia’s proposals, we see similarities with our offers addressed to Armenia. We will make our contribution to the solution of Karabakh conflict,” he said.
