NKR National Assembly Unanimously Voted for Declaring Amnesty

NKR National Assembly held an extraordinary session on August 25 to discuss NKR President’s proposal of declaring amnesty on the occasion of 25th anniversary NKR proclamation, Panorama.am reports.
According to public relations department of the NKR National Assembly, Artsakh President’s representative, Arayik Lazaryan presented the draft to the parliamentarians.
All parliamentarians, who attended the session voted unanimously (28 votes) for the Declaration of Amnesty on the 25th anniversary of the independence of NKR.
