Karen Margaryan Declared European Champion

U15 and U17 European Weightlifting Championships are underway in Nowy Tomysl, Poland.
As the official website of the championship reported, U15 Armenian representative Karen Margaryan (77kg) became the winner of the tournament with a total of 280 kg (130+150), panorama.am reports.
To note, Margaryan set a new European record in his age group.
Armenia’s second U15 representative, Liana Gyurjyan (63 kg), conquered a small bronze medal in the snatch holding with a total result of 156 kg (68+88).
