Lavrov and Kerry Could Not Agree on a Truce in Syria

US and Russia failed to agree on the resumption of the truce in Syria, BBC reported.
"We can not go out and tell the world that we have agreed, if we have not", - said Kerry.
UN special envoy for Syria Staffan de Mistura described the negotiations that took place in New York as "long, painful and disappointing." According to him, the coming hours and days will be crucial for the peace process.
Kerry said that it is necessary to restore confidence that those who continue to fight in the air, no longer do so. Lavrov said that the opposition should also stop fighting.
