For watching the football match against "Manchester United'' fans of Turkish football club "Fenerbahçe" headed to the stadium, singing Armenian patriotic 19th century song "Wake up, Lao".
In Turkish it sounds; "Put on your sports clothing, come out to the field, show your fury, the enemy will be defeated'', Ermenihaber reports.
It should be reminded that this topic was in the spotlight of the Armenian and Turkish media in 2011. After all that the author of the song Hakan Yavuz said ''they didn’t know the song was Armenian, if they knew they hadn’t sung it ever''.
