Monument Dedicated to Artsakh Hero Monte Melkonyan was Built in Turkey

In the Turkish city of Tunceli a monument dedicated to one of the greatest sons of the Armenian people Monte Melkonyan was built, Turkish publicist Saigi Ozturk announced, haqqin.az reports, referring to the Sozcu newspaper.
According to the source, the monument was opened in April this year. The names of Armenak Bakirdjan, Nubar Yanikian and Monte Melkonian are written on it.
It is noted that the opening of the monument was attended by representatives of the Armenian Diaspora of France, Greece, as well as members of the Municipality of Tunceli, representatives of the pro-Kurdish Democratic People's Party.
It is also noted that Saigi Ozturk called on to dismantle the monument of Monte Melkonian.
