Construction Works of Municipality and Celebration Hall Have Launched in Tallish Village in Artsakh

The construction works of municipality and celebration hall have launched in Talish, Martakert region, Karen Shahramanyan, Minister of Urban Planning of NKR, said in an interview with "Artsakhpress", adding that the projects of reconstructing of 50 residential buildings are also ready.
"The plan of complete reconstruction of the village is ready. The first phase includes demolition and leveling works.
Construction works of the municipality and the celebration hall are underway. Soon the construction of a new school and a kindergarten will start.
In new academic year the first bell will ring in Talish," said Minister of Urban Planning of NKR.
