Turkish Minister of Transport: If Only Turkish-Armenian Border Were not Closed
During a meeting with his officials and NGO representatives in Kars Province, Minister of Transport, Maritime and Communication of Turkey, Ahmet Arslan spoke about the development of Kars, mentioning about the Armenian-Turkish border issue, News.am reports, referring to SonDakika (Last Minute) news website of Turkey.
"Unfortunately, the Armenia border is closed; if only it were not closed," said Arslan. "But this has a condition. If Armenia ends its occupation of Karabakh, fixes its relations with Azerbaijan, then we will open [the border] here, too."
