Armenian Soldier Shot Dead on NKR-Azerbaijan Border

Gor Khudikyan, a 26 year old soldier of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army, was shot dead around 00:45, February 23, in a military base of the Defense Army stationed in the northern direction, in circumstances which are yet to be revealed.
The Artsakh Republic Defense Ministry told ARMENPRESS an investigation has been launched to determine details of the incident.
The Defense Ministry extends condolences to the family and friends of the killed soldier.
