Aronian Joined the Program to Help Handicapped Armenian Soldiers
Armenia GM Levon Aronian has also joined the program initiated by the Medical University of Armenia to help the Armenian military handicapped during the military actions, Panorama.am reports.
"With great love I will congratulate all my relatives with these postcards made by our wounded soldiers. I am joining the program of Rector of Medical University Armen Muradyan. I call you all to join! All the proceeds will be donated to the reconstruction of the Military Rehabilitation Center," Levon Aronian noted in a post on Facebook.
To note, within the program the Armenian soldiers wounded during their military service are preparing postcards dedicated to International Women’s Day, and the entire proceeds from their sale will be donated to the reconstruction of the new rehabilitation centre where the handicapped soldiers are set to continue their treatment.
As noted earlier, Armenian National Team and Manchester United Midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan has also joined the initiative.
