Yuri Khachaturov Appointed the Secretary General of CSTO
From May 2, 2017 Yuri Khachaturov is appointed as Secretary General of the CSTO. As RIA Novosti reports, this was stated by the acting Secretary General of the organization Valery Semerikov.
"When considering the appointment of the Secretary General of the Collective Security Treaty Organization, it was unanimously decided to appoint Yuri Grigoryevich Khachaturov from May 2," Semerikov told reporters after the informal CSTO summit.
