The Names Of The "Aurora" Prize Nominees Are Announced

The Selection Committee for the Aurora Prize for Awakening Humanity has today announced the names of the five 2017 finalists who haves been chosen for preserving human life. The nominees are Mrs Fartuun Adan and Ms. Ilwad Elman from Somalia, Ms. Jamila Afghani from Afganistan, Dr.tom Catena from Sudan, Mr. Muhammad Darwish from Syria and Dr. Denis Mukwege from Congo.
The name of the Aurora Prize Laureate will be announced on May 28, 2017.
