Children Fired at the King of Thailand in Germany
During his visit to Germany, the King of Thailand, Maha Vachiralongkorn, was subjected to an unusual attack. The 64-year-old monarch and his entourage were fired from weapons for airsoft game, Newsru.com reports.
No one was hurt during the incident.
Later, the police learned that the king was attacked by two children of 13 and 14 years old. The teenagers first fired at a group of cyclists, in which the king was, and then his car. The incident occurred in the evening of June 10 in Erding in the federal state of Bavaria, but it became known only after a few days.
The police have already begun an investigation. The youngest of the teenagers does not face a threat, as he has not reached the age of criminal responsibility yet.
However the elder one can be accused of attempting to inflict serious harm to the health of the monarch. The king himself refused to write a statement.
