ICRC Representatives Seek to See the Armenian Detainee in Baku

The representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) have not met with Zaven Karapetyan, a citizen of Armenia detained in Azerbaijan, the ICRC Armenian office press representative Zara Amatuni told Panorama.am.
"The International Committee of the Red Cross is holding confidential talks with the sides to meet with the person in Azerbaijan," said Zara Amatuni, adding the meeting is envisioned according to the norms of the international humanitarian law.
