Lake Sevan Listed Among 19 Incredible and Affordable Travel Destinations in Europe
Lake Sevan is included in the list of 19 incredible and affordable tourist destinations in Europe.
Business Insider published a list of Europe's top little-known yet affordable travel destinations released by Mastercard.
“Despite its beauty, tourism in Armenia is still underdeveloped, and prices remain low. It is famed for its monasteries. The Sevanavank monastery, pictured above, is a must see,” the article says.
It is noted that average price of a meal per person at a mid-range restaurant is 10 euro, and price per night, per person for a double room in a 3-star hotel or guesthouse is under 20 euro.
