Russian President and Pope Prefer Armenian Carpet

The Armenian "Vaspurakan" carpet can be found not only in Armenian, but also in the Russian Presidential Palace. Besides, a similar rug has been ordered from Vatican.
The "Vaspurakan" carpet is distinguished by its subtle colors and floral ornaments.
World-famous chanson singer Charles Aznavour, George and Amal Clooney have preferred ''Lori's'' carpet. These carpets were presented to them by the "Megerian Carpet" carpet-making company.
As Sputnik Armenia reports, the copy of the oldest carpet in the world Pazyryk is being sewed here.
According to the source, all evidences and studies have shown that the oldest, 2500 year-old carpet in the world, is Armenian.
