RA MFA: OSCE MG Co-Chairs' Statement Record that Azerbaijan Violated the Provisions of the Geneva Convention

In their last statement the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs have recorded that Azerbaijan violated the provisions of the Geneva Convention, Armenian foreign ministry spokesman Tigran Balayan told Armenpress.
ʺThe Co-Chairs have fixed that Azerbaijan carried out a provocation violating the provisions of the Geneva Conventionʺ he said.
