Artsakh Defense Army Forces Are Ready to Initiate an Attack if Necessary

On July 12, Defense Minister of Artsakh, Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Լieutenant-General Levon Mnatsakanyan received a group of deputies for the RA National Assembly, who are on a working visit in Artsakh.
After welcoming the guests, the Artsakh official, by the request of the guests, referred to the April War describing it as a wide-scale attack against Artsakh by Azerbaijan.
He also referred to the works conducted on the Artsakh-Azerbaijan borders. He noted that a comprehensive analysis had been conducted so far to reveal the existing drawbacks.
Levon Mnatsakanyan characterized the current situation on the borders as stable controlled by Artsakh Defense Army forces. The commander assured that Artsakh Defense Army forces are able to adequately respond to the provocations of the opponent and are also ready to initiate an attack if necessary.
