The Vice-Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Rogozin reported in the micro blog that during his flight he had written a song.
According to the Russian official, the muse visited him on the way to Baikonur.
"On the plane I have outlined several lines. The cheerful song about a sad story has turned out," Rogozin particularly noted.
