OSCE Monitoring on Artsakh-Azerbaijan Borders
On November 8, the OSCE Mission will conduct a planned monitoring of the borders between the armed forces of Artsakh (Nagorno Karabakh Republic) and Azerbaijan, to the north from Martakert town, PanArmenian reports.
From the Artsakh Defense Army positions, the monitoring will be conducted by Field Assistants to the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Ghenadie Petrica (Moldova) and Ognjen Jovic (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
The authorities of the Republic of Artsakh have expressed their readiness to assist in conducting the monitoring and ensure the security of the OSCE Mission members.
