Armenia Presented Its Anticorruption Initiatives at the UN
The 7th session of the United Nations Conference on the Suppression of Corruption kicked off in Vienna, Austria, on November 6. Armenian delegation headed by Deputy Minister of Justice Suren Krmoyanc also participate in it.
The press service of the Ministry of Justice of Armenia announces that in his speech on November 7, Suren Krmoyan touched upon recently implemented initiatives in the field of anti-corruption, emphasizing the compliance of the RA legislation with the requirements of the Convention against Corruption. "In the fight against corruption, Armenia attaches importance to the co-ordination and constructive cooperation of all stakeholders' efforts and goals - government agencies, non-governmental organizations, businesses, international organizations," said Krmoyan.
In addition, the Armenian delegation held several bilateral meetings in the frameworks of this session.
