At Aivazovsky's Exhibition Little-Known Works of the Artist Will Be Presented

In Zhytomyr there will be an exhibition dedicated to the 200th anniversary of the outstanding painter, the founder of the seascapes, whose work absorbed the best traditions of Armenian and Ukrainian cultures, the artist Ivan Konstantinovich Aivazovsky.
Opening will be held on November 15 at 11:00 in the Zhytomyr Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Olzhych, reports Zhytomyr magazine.
Interesting and little-known aspects of the great works of genius Aivazovsky will be presented. Organizers of the exhibition will present reproductions of relatively little-known works of the great artist dedicated to Ukraine and Armenia, works of religious character.
