Patriarchal Locum Tenens, Archbishop Karekin Bekciyan sent a letter to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
As ArmRadio reports, in the letter Archbishop Bekciyan referred to the elections of the Armenian Patriarch of Istanbul.
The Locum Tenens sent another letter to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
