NKR President Sent a Condolence Letter in Connection with the Death of the Artsakh Communist Party leader
On January 21 NKR President Bako Sahakyan sent a condolence letter in connection with the death of the Artsakh Communist Party leader Hrant Melkoumyan. The press service of NKR President reports.
The letter runs as follows:
"I have heard with deep sorrow about the death of public and political figure, first secretary of the Artsakh Communist Party Hrant Melkoumyan.
Hrant Melkoumyan has had a great contribution in the process of building up and developing our independent statehood, strengthening and cementing parliamentarism and pluralism in Artsakh. While holding various responsible positions he has shown himself as a competent and decent person.
On behalf of the Artsakh people, authorities and personally myself I express condolence and support to all the relatives and friends of the deceased wishing courage and strength of spirit."
