Levon Mnatsakanyan Received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs

On February 10 Defense minister of the Artsakh Republic, Defense Army commander, Lieutenant-General Levon Mnatsakanyan received OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, Stéphane Visconti, and Andrew Schofer, as well as the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, who have arrived in Artsakh within the framework of their regional visit, Defense Ministry press service reports.
Welcoming the participants, the commander of the army first thanked the Co-Chairs for their efforts made in the settlement of the conflict, and then presented the operational situation at the frontline.
Then the sides exchanged views on the future work on the settlement of the Artsakh-Azerbaijani conflict.
