Turkish Scholar: There Has Never Been a Turkish Race; it’s a Synthesis

Turkish scholar İsmet Özel has again made a scandalous statement denying the existence of a Turkish race.
Speaking to Haber Türk news agency TV of Turkey, Özel had stated that there was no Turkish race, News.am reports.
"There has never been a Turkish race; it’s a synthesis."
This statement by İsmet Özel has once again caused a huge wave of protests in Turkey.
