Pashinyan Warned Azerbaijan: "War will Lead to Inevitable Consequences"

Sputnik

Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, who answered Facebook users questions yesterday, said that during his premiership the statistics of shots at the border were rather low.

"During this period, the average shot frequency was unprecedentedly low, sometimes reaching the level of 2000՛s. After my election to the post of prime minister, we have an unprecedentedly low level of ceasefire violations" Pashinyan said.

According to him, the Armenian side is ready to defend itself, but it does not intend to start a war. "Azerbaijan uses military rhetoric, but I hope that the leadership of Azerbaijan will eventually understand that the Karabakh conflict has no military solution, since a military clash will lead to inevitable consequences."
