Armenian Defense Minister, UAE Top Officials Discuss Launch of Bilateral Military Cooperation
Defense minister of Armenia Davit Tonoyan on February 17 met with Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE's Armed Forces in the United Arab Emirates, Armenian defense ministry’s spokesperson Artsrun Hovhannisyan said on Facebook, reports Armenpress.
On the same time the Armenian defense minister met with UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister, Defense Minister, Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
During the meetings issues relating to the launch of bilateral military cooperation, the legal framework of relations were discussed.
Minister Tonoyan introduced the launch of the Armenian humanitarian mission in Syria.
