The countries, which recognized the Armenian Genocide, declared in their resolutions: "Never again!", recognize Nagorno-Karabakh's independence, the Ombudsman of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Gegham Stepanyan made a similar call in his microblog on Twitter.
He also urged to apply sanctions against Azerbaijan and take responsibility for protecting the lives and rights of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, thus proving his adherence to his earlier statement "Never again!"
