Through the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), 17 people were transferred from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) to Armenia through the Lachin corridor. Zara Amatuni, the Communication and Prevention Program Manager of the ICRC Armenia office informed about this.
''They moved to Armenia to reunite with their families," said Amatuni.
