Chine will Change its Political Vector

The elite of People's Republic of China is seriously concerned with what is going on in the world, and in accordance with that it is changing its political vector. It was the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, the President of China, the Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping that on November 29 at The Central Conference on Work Relating to Foreign first spoke about this. In his speech he emphasized that it is important to follow the internal and external situation, to promote the development and to ensure the security of the country.

If one looks at the results of the conference, it becomes obvious that China has made a lot of amendments in its foreign geopolitical priorities. Particularly, taking into consideration the US active role in spreading "color revolutions", among them Hong Kong’s "umbrella revolution", sanctions against Russia, it has made amendments in its relations with the EU and the US despite the fact that these relations in some spheres are very tight.

In addition, Washington’s and Brussels’s inclination to use the criticism on human rights issues in China for international pressure, the use of Dalai Lama’s personality, the formation of Transatlantic Partnership without taking into account China’s interests, etc. had their influence on the change of China’s foreign policy concept.

In this regard Beijing makes a significant move towards strategic partnership and strengthens its relations withRussia, Brazil, Southern Africa, India, also with Indonesia, Mexico, with its neighbors Southern Korea, Japan,Vietnam and Philippines.
