The President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko declared that the rebels in eastern Ukraine have withdrawn certain amount of heavy weapons, BBC reports. According to the President the rebels have pulled back heavy artillery weapons as well.
According to the ceasefire reached in February in Minsk, the sided agreed to pull back their heavy weapons by the beginning of March. Though it has not been fully implemented,it is in process.
