China will provide 155 million yuan ($25 million) soft loan to Armenia. The loan will be given according to the framework agreement between the governments of the Republic of Armenia and the People’s Republic of China on "Providing Loans with Favorable Conditions," – agreement which was approved by the RA government today.
Deputy Finance Minister Pavel Safaryan noted that the loan repayment period is 20 years, of which 5 – with favored conditions.
According to another agreement approved by the RA Government, China will lend 60 million yuan ($ 9.6 million) as technical assistance to Armenia.
