German Chancellor Angela Merkel and Greece Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras will hold a meeting today in the afternoon, they are set to discuss whether Greece is able to stay in euro zone or not.
Greece needs to unlock the aid payments from Europe which will keep the country afloat. There is a threat of running out of money by next month, because the country is locked out from capital market, Bloomberg reports.
Before the meeting Tsipras wrote to Merkel that it is impossible to service the debt obligations without short-term financial aid.
