At present Greek government is embroiled in negotiations over its bailout and could run out of funds within weeks, reports BBC.
Previously it was reported that Russia could offer debt-ridden Greece controversial loans and discounts on supplies of natural gas in exchange for the country's "assets", Telegraph reports.
