Finland’s Center Party has won the most of the seats in Sunday’s general elections. The leader of the opposition party Juha Sipila has already started negotiations with left and right parties to form a new government, the Wall Street Journal reports.

Finland’s Center Party has gained 49 seats, whereas Finns Party – 38.
